<div>Hi, I’m Rev. Derek W. White—better known in the tabletop community as The Geekpreacher. Since 2008, I’ve been showing up at gaming conventions across the U.S. to offer spiritual care, host inclusive gatherings, and help people reconnect faith and imagination in meaningful ways.

Whether leading interfaith services, counseling a grieving gamer, running a discipleship game, or simply sitting at a table and hearing someone’s story, I believe this is sacred work.

<div>This summer, I’ll be at Origins Game Fair, thanks to the generous sponsorship of the East and West Ohio Conferences of the United Methodist Church. But beyond that, <strong>I fund nearly all of this ministry out of my own pocket—travel, food, housing, resources, giveaways, and materials for events and worship services.</strong>
