This situation has affected her ability to cover the cost and maintain access to hot water for her household.

<div>Earlier this year, Rose's husband passed away, leaving her, her daughter, and grandchildren with ongoing financial difficulties as they endeavor to meet their basic needs. As a retiree experiencing health issues, Rose is unable to seek employment at this time. She has contacted various programs and organizations, including faith-based groups for help, but has not received financial assistance needed to repair the water pipes and restore access to hot water for herself and her family.
