Hello everyone, this is my uncle Romulo Santiago Solis. He’s a 52-year-old man with a big family, He has 11 siblings, all from a humble background. A year and a half ago, he immigrated to the U.S. because he needed a better life. Unfortunately, a year ago, he began to feel sick. Once at the hospital, he was diagnosed with stomach cancer. After being hospitalized in elmhurst hospital he could no longer afford the living costs. At the hospital they told him he had a low chance of surviving this cancer since it was malignant. He took the choice of going back to his home country to look for natural medicine and to be with his family. Ever since then he has been fighting strong against this disease but sadly he has worsened and is currently hospitalized in critical conditions. For this reason we are asking everyone to help raise money due to the heavy costs of medicine and hospitalization. In Ecuador hospitals have been facing severe financial difficulties. It is up to the patient to pay everything they need and find their medicine in order to live. Despite everything, my uncle continues to fight with courage and faith. Our family has come together to support him, but we cannot do this alone. Any contribution—no matter the size—will help cover his medical expenses and give him a chance at a better life. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for your kindness, generosity, and prayers during this difficult time. God bless you all.
