<div>This program means so much to me because it’s dedicated to the memory of my brother, Robert Middleton, who served as a Capitol Heights police officer for 30 years. Robert was more than a great officer -  he was a mentor, a protector, and the kind of person who always believed in giving back. In January 2023, we lost him to pancreatic cancer, but his legacy of kindness, service, and community lives on.
