In a country where women form nearly half of the population but remain underrepresented in specialized areas like international arbitration, our journey reflects progress, empowerment, and equal opportunity.

The competition allows women to gain global exposure, develop advocacy and negotiation skills, and build professional networks with leading arbitrators and international law firms. By participating, we not only strengthen Pakistan’s presence in international dispute resolution but also open doors for future female lawyers to step confidently into global legal forums.
