We are now asking for your support to help the family secure <strong>two separate attorneys</strong>, as both parents are facing different legal proceedings.

<div>The Robles Ortega family had lived in their home for ten years when ICE entered with <strong>violent force</strong> and detained both parents. At <strong>6:00 a.m.</strong>, as the father was leaving for work, the two children in the home were woken by <strong>sound grenades</strong> and the sound of <strong>windows shattering </strong>throughout the apartment.

<div>ICE agents <strong>dragged the mother by her hair </strong>before forcefully handcuffing her. She lives with anxiety and <strong>chronic hip pain</strong>, both of which have worsened due to the violence she endured. Since being detained, she has <strong>requested medical care</strong> for her pain but has not received treatment.

<div>Within minutes, all the apartment windows were destroyed. <strong>Two teenagers, ages 14 and 17</strong>, were handcuffed. They are now navigating the emotional and psychological aftermath of the raid. The children are currently <strong>under the care of their older sister</strong> while their parents remain in ICE custody awaiting court proceedings.
