After the NSBOU delivered the world premiere performance of Kevin Poelking’s “Sounds, Voices, and Dreams From Ukraine” on November 4, 2025, the Loyno Wind Ensemble is honored to deliver the United States premiere performance just 5 days later at the 1st Annual Big Easy Band Fest.
