<div>Corpus DSA extends our most heartfelt solidarity to Night Owls United workers dealing with the aftermath of months of union busting, harassment, workplace abuse, and subsequent mass layoffs. The workers faced months of union busting including meetings with union avoidance consultants, one worker being fired in retaliation for initiating organizing, and a long drawn out effort to win voluntary recognition which resulted ultimately in a refusal to voluntarily recognize their bargaining unit. Despite all of this, the workers successfully won their union election December 12 only to be informed January 12 that Night Owls had been sold to right wing print conglomerate Thrive.
