Nate Rose is a loving son, loyal friend, and dedicated member of his community who is now facing the fight of his life. After years of battling kidney disease, Nate is in urgent need of a kidney transplant. His condition has progressed to the point where a transplant is the only option—and time is critical.

Nate’s story is one of perseverance, strength, and heart. In 2021, he was named the American Legion Baseball National Player of the Year—a testament not only to his talent on the field but also to his leadership, character, and determination. Whether on the diamond or in everyday life, Nate has inspired those around him through his grit and positivity.

Now, he needs our help. The financial burden of transplant surgery is immense. Funds raised will go directly toward medical expenses, anti-rejection medications, travel and lodging during treatment, and the many other costs associated with the transplant and recovery process.

Nate has always stepped up for others—now it’s our turn to step up for him. Every donation, no matter how small, brings him closer to healing and a second chance at life. Please consider donating and sharing Nate’s story. Together, we can help this incredible young man get back to doing what he does best: living life to the fullest.
