Meet Naomi Grace 

At just 3 years old, Naomi has already shown more courage than most do in a lifetime. She was born full-term, but after delivery, doctors quickly discovered something was wrong. 
 
Naomi was diagnosed with Alagille Syndrome — a rare genetic disorder that occurs in only 1 in every 100,000 babies born. This disease affects vital organs including the liver, heart, brain, and kidneys. 
 
On July 16, 2025, Naomi received a life-saving liver transplant. Today, she continues her brave fight — inspiring everyone with her light, laughter, and strength.
