<div>It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Michael Mutange Kara, at the age of 40. On July 12, 2025, he was found unresponsive during a wellness check, leaving his family and children devastated by this heartbreaking loss.

<div>Michael Kara was the beloved son to Rose Kara Atoo and Leeka Gwanganlie. He was a cherished brother to Haniton Kara, Roise Kara, Elima Muhire, Simon Kara, Otiem Gwanganalie, Loduku Gwanganalie, and Maria Gwanganalie. Michael is survived by his three children: Sakiya Fredrickson, Isaiah Kara, and Roise Kara.

<div>Michael was a kind, hardworking, and generous soul who brought joy and love to everyone around him. He was a talented mechanic who could fix just about anything, and he had a true passion for cooking and barbecuing for his loved ones. He loved fishing, playing basketball, and simply being outdoors.

<div>As we mourn this unimaginable loss, we’re reaching out to family, friends, neighbors, and our community to help ease the financial burden of funeral and memorial expenses.
