<div><span>This past year things got even harder because I was diagnosed with stage four lymphoma cancer throughout my body </span>and most recently my chemo caused ketoacidosis that almost took my life and landed me in the ICU for almost a week.

<div>I am now left with a life long adrenal insufficiency, which means my body can no longer produce enough stress hormones to survive on its own. I have to wear a medical alert bracelet for life, have mobility aids, and take multiple additional medications every day just to function.<br />

<div><span>Because of how sick I’ve been, I can’t work or attend classes right now and spend my time going to appointments most days. </span><br />

<div><span>My doctors along with my psych team have also recommended that I get a service/medical alert dog to help with my medical needs and stability which goes for around $15000-30000. Though very expensive, having one can not only help with my physical health but my mental as I also struggle with CPTSD, BPD, anxiety, and depression and more so </span><span>if possible, I’d love to put the donations toward that, as well as other expenses while I focus on recovery.</span>
