<div>Our family is asking for help to support my mom, <strong>Marjorie Ewart</strong>, as she faces a long and difficult road to recovery after a terrible accident. Marjorie recently suffered a serious fall that resulted in a fractured orbital bone and a ruptured eyeball, resulting is full loss of vision in the right eye, as well as an extended leave from work. The extent of her injuries means that recovery will be a slow, uncertain journey filled with medical procedures, follow-up care, and rehabilitation.

<div>While insurance will cover some of the costs, the out-of-pocket expenses are already mounting—including surgeries, hospital stays, medications, and ongoing specialist visits. My goal with this fundraiser is to <strong>ease the financial burden</strong> so that my mom can focus her energy where it belongs: on healing and adapting to whatever the future may hold.
