<div>My sister Lus Arellano was involved in a significant accident this past weekend, April 19, 2025, on Highway 290 near Barker Cypress. While driving home, she encountered a stalled vehicle in the middle of the freeway. Despite her efforts to avoid it, she was unable to prevent a collision. Her truck flipped seven times, but with assistance from bystanders, she was able to exit the vehicle. We are deeply grateful that she sustained only minor injuries, including bruised ribs and a concussion, especially considering this was her first accident.

<div>We are profoundly thankful that she has been given a second chance by the Lord. To provide some background, she is a dedicated individual who consistently contributes to the community. She is a former graduate of the University of Houston, a former student of Memorial High School, and a former teacher in both the Spring Branch and Houston Independent School Districts. Above all, she is one of the most compassionate, kindest, lovable and sincere individual one could meet.
