<div>The NHS has observed a rise in strokes and transient ischaemic attacks (TIAs) among women aged 40 and over. Although many women in this age group recover more quickly, the risk of a second, more serious event is higher without proper care and lifestyle management. Taking preventive steps is essential to reduce the chance of recurrence and protect long-term health.
