<div>Little Jabari is from the beautiful small island of St. Lucia and is currently 1 year old.  He was initially diagnosed with mild Pyelectasis which later worsened to severe Bilateral Hydronephrosis with both kidneys. It occurs as a result of a problem that prevents urine from draining out of the kidneys, ureters, and bladder.

<div>After several urine tests, x-rays,  and other examinations which began from after birth, the solution would have to be surgery to correct his situation. Without this being done, it could lead to permanent kidney damage.

<div>Little Jabari is a very jovial and energetic soul, and we would love for him to continue to have a normal and enjoyable life. Any support would be immensely appreciated.
