<div>As Laura begins this unexpected journey, she would like to keep friends, family, and supporters informed about her progress while focusing her energy on treatment and healing. Her care plan as of now includes immediate chemotherapy, surgery, radiation, and future infusions.

<div>This diagnosis has also required Laura to take an immediate and unplanned leave of absence from work, creating a significant financial burden at a time when her focus should be on her health and recovery.
