<div><strong>Team Art on Wheels seeks to increase the quantity of bicycle parking and bring visibility to cyclists in our hub city by installing Bicycle Parking Art Murals at businesses, grocery stores, schools, health care, parks, restaurants, libraries, and more.</strong>

<div>The first 2 racks are fully funded by the 24-Hour Citizen Project and were installed in November 2025, but we will still have a shortage of safe places to rack up your bike in Lafayette so we need the community’s support to keep the momentum up so we can continue to install these bike racks at end-of-trip destinations across Lafayette. We have already received a few requests from local businesses, restaurants, and parks who plan to purchase a Bicycle Rack Art Mural for the front of their establishment, but not every business is able to purchase their own rack. <strong>This is why we need your support! We hope to raise $2,300 by 2026 to help Fightingville Fresh, a neighborhood farmer's market located in an area of town with high cyclist ridership, install their very own Bicycle Rack Art Mural.</strong>

This project could be the catalyst project to get more citizens interested in cycling and investing in bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure in Lafayette.
