</div>
<div>Hey everyone,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I had orientation at my new job yesterday and the job sounds really promising. The only problem is, I do not get paid until October 10th. In the meantime, I have a remainder of my rent to pay off, as well as bills and luxuries such as groceries. I am posting a link to my gofundme, if you can pitch in any, or just spread the word that I could use some more help. Come mid October - early November, I hope to be on more solid ground.

<div>Update: 9/17/25:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It's been a whirlwind these last few months but here's the abridged version:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Paid back a lot of my back rent to landlord
</div>
<div>Landlord decides to do a renovation project on the building and kicks me out anyway (by not renewing my lease)
</div>
<div>Found a great new place
</div>
<div>Started a new job
</div>
<div>New job is a nightmare - grueling physical work, especially for a guy my age. Got really bad shin splints and back/leg/foot pain. Had to do some financially detrimental things - take Ubers home because I was too in pain to walk to the bus, call out due to pain.
</div>
<div>Found another job, which starts soon.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My rent for October is approaching, and I could use a bit more assistance. I'll be able to get a lot of it by the 1st, but not knowing when I'm gonna be paid by my new job and when I'm gonna have a stable schedule is putting me in a not so great place, and I do want to have a good rapport with my new landlord. I have reached out to rental assistance programs in the city to see if they can help, and I'm contacting my landlord to let him know the situation, but I could use some help in any way you can.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Once again, thank you to everyone who has donated or shared this over these last several months. Also, a huge thanks to people who have been there for me to give me peace of mind.

<div>Update 6/8/25:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’ve paid my landlord back more than half of what I owe, and no actions have been taken against me regarding eviction as of this writing. I could still use some help to push me over the cliff if you can. I appreciate all of you who have donated or shared or shown support in one way or another. :)

<div>Update 5/17/25:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hey all you good people,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’ve been recovering from bronchitis, and I’m back on my feet physically, but my landlord texted me this morning with a notice to pay my back rent (I’m 2 months behind still) or vacate my apartment. I have a plan to get caught up with my back rent, but given the very short timeline I have to potentially avoided getting sued for eviction, I need some help. I’m at eviction’s doorstep, and frankly I’m a little worried. Any help would be appreciated, even if it’s a small dollar amount or spreading the word.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>thanks everyone. I love you all.

<div>Update 5/10/25:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>hey everyone,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>still catching up and fighting the good fight. Unfortunately, I’m still behind, and this week I got undercut by a cold. And, me not being 22 anymore, I can’t do 10 hour days sick as a dog anymore. So I could use some extra help here. I know everyone is going through rough times, but if you could donate some $ my way, every little bit helps and I would be so grateful.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Love you all!

<div>Update 2/10/25:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>so the rent and deposit was for LAST month’s rent, meaning I still owe February’s rent and I essentially have to pay 2 months rent this month just to break even in that department. I still need to try to raise $ to fix my car, I’m still playing catch up with other bills, and I have debt collectors hounding me. I’ve sold everything I can part with, I’ve been working 6-7 day weeks and I’m just exhausted. Any additional help would be appreciated. Thanks and love to you all.

<div>update 1/28/25:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>deposit has been paid, and I start moving in this weekend.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Unfortunately, I am still very much in the weeds when it comes to bills and other living expenses. And I probably won’t be able to work a ton this weekend because I’m gonna be moving into my new place, so I can still use some help. Much love and appreciation!!!!

</div>
<div>Update 1/18/25:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I got an extension to pay my deposit/first months rent until the 25th. Unfortunately, my car also decided to crap out on me, so I could still use some help, even if it’s just sharing this. Thanks everyone!
</div>

<div>Update 1/6/25:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Great first day! Thanks to everyone who’s donated so far. I need this by the 15th by the absolute latest.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hey everyone.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I have received notice that I need to vacate my current place of residence by the end of January. While I have secured another place to live, I unfortunately was unprepared financially for this to happen. Therefore, I need to raise money to help me burden the cost of me coming up with the $$$ I need for my deposit and first months rent in the next couple of weeks. I need to come up with $1670. I plan to make plenty of that myself, as I’ll be working a lot and selling some stuff, but given the tight deadline, I could use some help from all of you fine people. So here I am passing the (figurative) hat around. Any amount helps and would be super appreciated. I will also pay you back/pay it forward if you would like once I’m settled.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you all!
</div>
