 This week, I went to the ER with 9/10 back pain. I found out I have two herniations of the same disc, rendering me bed bound and reliant on a cane. When I went to reach out to my boss, I was met with a message that the Chicago branch of my job had closed with no notice, and, effective immediately, I was jobless.

 With the instructions from my doctor to be out of work for at least a month, and a wedding nine months away that I need to save for, I am running out of options.

<div>Currently my sister and (soon to be) fiancé are picking up the costs of rent and bills. That leaves us with no money to save for our wedding and I want to be able to contribute until I am back on my feet. The wedding deposits are non refundable so it’s not like we can push it back any.
