<div>Our amazing friend, <strong>June, was diagnosed with ALS last year</strong>. ALS is a progressive disease in which a person’s brain loses connection with the muscles, slowly taking away their ability to walk, talk, eat, and eventually breathe. There is no cure for ALS, but there is hope.

<div>As this horrible disease continues to progress, June and her family will need to make their home more ADA-friendly, which means expensive home renovations that aren’t covered by insurance. They will also eventually need to get a vehicle that is large enough for their whole family and can also safely transport June and her mobility device.
