<div>Hello everyone,
</div>
<div>my name is Victoria Garcia and I'm starting this fundraiser for my father Jorge Garcia, who survived the crash in El Paso on I-10 east near paisano on December 21. My father is a kind, hard-working man who always lends a helping hand to thoes around him. So, it was shocking and heartbreaking to find out he was in a serious accident when my aunt called. A speeding truck slammed into my father and rolled off the highway while taking down the freeway sign.
</div>
<div>My father had to be rushed to the hospital where he was treated for 5 lower back TP fractures, a closed head injury, a lumbar soft tissue hematoma, and various abrasions. His car is completely totaled and it could take 3-4 weeks for him to recover.
</div>
<div>Thankfully, he was discharged on the 24th and we are so lucky to have him back for the holidays. He is still in a lot of pain and wont be able to work for a while, so we are fundraising to help him with some medical costs and other necessities.
