<div>On behalf of our family, We're starting this GoFundMe for my great uncle, Jimmy Poteet , who was seriously injured in a tragic farming accident. While working, he became trapped under an auger and came incredibly close to losing both of his legs. He underwent a grueling 5-hour surgery that miraculously saved them, but doctors are still unsure if they’ll be able to save his right ankle. He’s scheduled for another major surgery Monday, and his road to recovery will be long, painful, and uncertain.

Our family is doing everything we can, but the costs of surgeries, hospital stays, therapy, and day-to-day needs are quickly adding up.
