<div>After months of pain, tests, and uncertainty, I finally received a clear diagnosis: I have a complete tear of my right pectoral tendon. While the news was tough to hear, it also brought a sense of relief—I finally have answers and a path forward.

<div>The Road Ahead
</div>
<div>I’m scheduled for surgery on April 16th, and while I’m grateful to be moving forward, I know the road to recovery won’t be easy. The healing process will take around 12 months, with plenty of physical therapy, rest, and patience needed to regain full strength and function.
