<div>Hello, I’m Kerry-Ann and I’m from Jamaica but currently live and work in the US. We have seen many hurricanes but done as devastating as hurricane Melissa.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Melissa has destroyed lives and livelihoods. I have aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends who are trapped in what used to be their homes in Westmoreland, Jamaica and surrounding parishes.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’m organizing this GoFundMe to help <strong>relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins), neighbors and friends in western Jamaica who have been severely affected by Hurricane Melissa.</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Currently, there is no electricity and little to no access to healthcare. There is barely any adequate communications.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Access to food and transportation are also very limited, especially in Westmoreland and St. Elizabeth.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Any donation received will help families find a sense of bearing and start rebuilding their lives and their homes. </strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Funds will be used to provide much needed emergency items such as food, medicine, first-aid, clothing and basic household items. </strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Essential items such as generators, flashlights, batteries and charging banks will also be purchased and distributed among families with the most need. </strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>We cannot do this alone, our families are in dire need way beyond anyone’s expectations. Please help or share this link as much as you can. </strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you and one love.
</div>

<div>Thank you.
