<div>Hello, my name is Hunter Locke. I am a Trombone Performance major at Stephen F. Austin State University. It is my dream to earn a doctorate degree and teach trombone at a university or conservatory while also performing in a professional orchestra.

</div>
<div>Next semester, I will begin auditioning for graduate programs. I do not come from a wealthy background, so I am working hard to earn as much scholarship funding as possible. To give myself the best chance at success, I believe it is in my best interest to perform on equipment that is custom-tailored to me and allows me to play at the highest level possible. If I play better, I increase my chances of earning scholarships, which ultimately means less student debt.

</div>
<div>To help pay for my new trombone, I will be selling my current instrument and working weekends while taking 20+ credit hours each semester. Any donation would be greatly appreciated and will go directly toward helping me reach my goals.

<div>Here is an excerpt from my résumé so you can feel confident that your support is making an investment in someone dedicated and hardworking:

<div>•	I perform on alto, tenor, and bass trombone.
</div>
<div>•	I am the principal of the SFASU Trombone Octet.
</div>
<div>•	I am the principal of the SFASU Trombone Quartet.
</div>
<div>•	I am the principal trombone of the SFASU Symphony Orchestra.
</div>

</div>
