<div>For half of my life, I battled addiction—from alcohol and pain pills to pornography. In 2019, a car accident changed everything for me. It led me down a dark path of pain pill addiction, and I lost everything I had. But through God’s grace, I was given a second chance. Despite being told I’d never run more than a mile again, I became a walking miracle. Since then, I’ve completed 23 Hyrox races, 4 marathons, an ultra marathon 50k, and a half Ironman. Now, I’m training for a 12-hour marathon, using this opportunity to shine a light on men struggling with addiction and to run for a cause.

<div>I started Proverbs 27:17 Fitness to help men in recovery find hope, faith, and strength. Our gym is more than just a place to work out—it’s a community where men are led to God and shown how to become leaders in their own lives. I know firsthand how important support and purpose are in recovery, and I want to give that same chance to others.

<div>The funds raised will go directly toward covering gym membership costs at our facility, helping with the operating expenses that keep our doors open.
