<div>On May 17th, 2026, our beautiful friend Lauryn Akey lost her life in a wrong-way accident. In an instant, her family, friends, and everyone who knew and loved her were left heartbroken and devastated by this unimaginable loss.

<div>Lauryn was a bright light in so many lives. She was a straight A student- known for her beautiful smile, outgoing personality, and had a plan of becoming a nurse. Her absence leaves a pain that words cannot express. As her family navigates this incredibly difficult time, we want to come together to support them in any way we can.

<div>We are raising funds to help ease the financial burden that comes with a sudden tragedy and helping her family during the difficult days ahead. No family should have to carry this weight alone while grieving the loss of someone so deeply loved.
