<div>I'll start with the highs: Ev is safe! Mishka (their incredible one-eyed-no-teeth cat) is alive, but escaped into the woods. BOLO for him! I'll follow up at the end with what to do should you catch a glimpse of him.

<div>But here come the lows: A two-alarm, building-wide fire broke out in Ev's apartment complex on May 4th. The majority of their belongings have been damaged or destroyed as a result.

<div>While Ev navigates not only the logistical and financial challenges, but the emotional as well, it's our job as their community to provide support!
