<div>Hi, my name is <strong>Elizabeth Bailey</strong>. I’m in 7th grade, and I wrestle at 107 for the <em>Shenendehowa High School Girls Varsity Wrestling Team</em>. Off-season, I wrestle at <em>Journeymen Wrestling Club</em>. I am raising money to fund a trip to Italy next summer with Journeymen to train with <em>Michele Liuzzi</em>, an Italian national wrestling coach and former Olympian.

<div>I started wrestling in 2019 when I was just 7 years old. This sport has become such a big part of my life, and it is so important to me. I feel happiest when I’m on a wrestling mat. Short term, my goals are to get stronger, win more medals, and go to as many tournaments as I can to get the most experience and exposure. Long term, my goals are to get a college scholarship for wrestling, and one day go to the Olympics.

<div><strong>I think I deserve to go on this trip because I have proven my dedication, perseverance, and determination.</strong> I attend all my practices, tournaments, and duals, and I always put forth 100% effort. I volunteer to help out at wrestling events whenever I can. I am disciplined, and I have changed my unhealthy habits into healthy behaviors. I maintain a GPA &gt;90% at school.
