<div>On August 10, 2026, a 7.4 magnitude earthquake struck western Colombia, leaving at least 169 dead and 570 injured, with severe damage to homes, hospitals, schools, and roads across Pereira, Cali, and Manizales. Rescue teams are still searching for survivors, and thousands of families have lost their homes.
