Their bond was so deep, and my mom gave everything she had—time, energy, and income—to make sure my grandma’s final chapter was filled with love and dignity.

<div>Sadly, my grandma passed away recently. She didn’t have any life savings or life insurance, and while we are grateful for the time we had with her, the financial burden has been heavy. My mom has now been without work for several weeks, and while her next travel assignment is lined up, the first paycheck won’t come until mid-August. In the meantime, she's facing bills, rent, and daily expenses with no income—something I know my grandma would never have wanted for her.
