<div>As many of you know, our amazing friend Dean Comstock has been stationed in Chicago for the past year receiving post-op care for a double lung transplant due to a lung cancer diagnosis.

<div>Dean's healthcare provider, Excellus BlueCross Blueshield, is refusing to cover a life-saving double lung transplant that is essential to his recovery. He needs this surgery immediately. Our goal with this page is to bring better support and awareness to this husband, son, and friend of our community. Please see updates posted on this page for more information and ways to help.

<div>We are raising funds to help our close friend Dean, who just received a diagnosis of Stage 4 lung cancer. Over the next few weeks, Dean will require some additional testing in Boston, and then he will begin treatment. This campaign is to help Dean focus on what matters most-- getting healthy-- and not the expenses that come along with his treatment.
