<div>Hello, my name is Dave Tentis. I’m a longtime PGA golf professional in the Twin Cities and proud to call Danny Loken a close friend for over 40 years. Recently, Danny received the heartbreaking news that he has stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Despite this devastating diagnosis, he has faced each challenge with incredible strength and optimism—completing his 6th round of chemotherapy this week with his positive attitude still shining through.

<div>Danny is no stranger to perseverance. Nineteen years ago, he made the life-changing decision to quit alcohol, and he hasn’t looked back since. He’s now channeling that same determination into his cancer fight, confident that, with the help of his incredible medical team, he can slow the disease and enjoy many more years with his beloved daughters, Jordan and Lauren.

<div>As with many serious illnesses, the financial burden has grown quickly. While much of Danny’s treatment is covered by insurance, the out-of-pocket costs have climbed substantially. With his health demanding full attention, Danny will soon need to step away from his work as a PGA golf professional.
