<div>If you know me, you know that I am a singer and music has always been an integral part of my life. From church choirs as a kid to a cappella ensemble in high school, college, and beyond, to professional musical theatre, I live a life of music. If you really know me, you know my favorite genre of music is Christmas music. I have a Holifavorites playlist that is over 100 songs long and I start listening to it in July.

<div>I've always dreamed of recording an album, and my love for holiday music has inspired me to create something truly special—my very own Christmas EP! This project is a labor of love, and I’m excited to feature a mix of classic holiday tunes and an original festive song that I’ll be writing just for this album. To make this dream a reality, I’m raising funds over the next couple of months to cover the costs of studio time, engineers, and production. With your support, I can bring this joyful project to life and share it with all of you in time for the holidays! Thank you for helping me make this musical dream come true.

<div>From the research I've done recording, mixing, and producing an extended play or album can cost anywhere from $5,000 to $15,000. My hope is that through this fundraiser, I can offset the cost of creating this EP so I can share my love of music and my gift of singing with a wider audience. Here is a breakdown of some of the costs associated with producing an EP:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Studio time:</strong>
</div>
<div>This can range from $50 to $150 per hour depending on the studio and location.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Production costs:</strong>
</div>
<div>Includes fees for producers, musicians, and engineers, which can vary based on the complexity of the arrangements and the number of tracks.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Mastering:</strong>
</div>
<div>The process of finalizing the audio for distribution, typically costing between $500 and $2,000.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Album artwork and design:</strong>
</div>
<div>Costs for graphic design services to create the album cover and packaging.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Promotion and marketing:</strong>
</div>
<div>Expenses for digital distribution, music video production, social media advertising, and press outreach.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I'm hoping that not only can I produce this album for streaming services, but I can also distribute a physical CD or even a vinyl!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every donation helps and every share gets this fundraiser to the largest possible audience. If you can't donate, a share goes a long way!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Thank you for your love and support!
