<div>It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Christie (Gibbs) Nicholls passing after a courageous battle with colon cancer on July 21, 2025. Christie was a beacon of love, faith, and strength, leaving behind a legacy that will forever inspire us.  There were two specific Bible verses that she would quote in uncertain times that would encourage her.  Romans 12:12 says, <strong><em>"Be Joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer."</em></strong> Joshua 1:9 says <strong><em>"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord God will be with you wherever you go."  </em></strong>  She is survived by her devoted husband, five adult children, and twelve cherished grandchildren, all of whom were the heart of her world.
