<div><strong>Her Story</strong>
</div>
<div>Our beautiful sister-in-law, Chontaine (Chony) Adair, has been unexpectedly diagnosed with stage four cancer. What began as breast cancer has since spread throughout her body. Tragically, the diagnosis is not curable, and care is now focused on pain management, comfort, and quality of life.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Chony is in her early thirties, alongside her devoted husband, and together they are raising two beautiful young daughters. In a short period of time, their lives have changed completely. Instead of focusing on family life and the future, they are now navigating hospital visits, difficult medical decisions, and the emotional weight of what lies ahead.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The family lives in the greater Nepean region, meaning access to specialist care often requires long-distance travel to major hospitals, adding further strain during an already overwhelming time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>With reduced capacity to work, frequent medical appointments, and ongoing care-related expenses, the financial pressure has been significant. Without support, Chony’s husband is faced with the heartbreaking reality of needing to increase work hours simply to cover bills, rather than spending precious time at home supporting Chony and being present for their young girls.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This fundraiser has been created to remove that burden - to give this family the freedom to focus on time together, care, and creating moments that matter, without the constant stress of financial survival.
</div>

<div><strong>How your support will help</strong>
</div>
<div>Funds raised through this page will go directly toward easing the financial burden on Chony and her family, including:
</div>
<ul>
<li>Allowing Chony’s husband to take time away from work to care for Chony and their children
</li>
<li>Medical and treatment-related costs not fully covered by Medicare or insurance
</li>
<li>Pain management, medications, and supportive therapies
</li>
<li>Travel expenses for frequent long-distance hospital and specialist appointments
</li>
<li>Household bills and everyday living costs during periods of reduced or lost income
</li>
<li>Childcare, school-related costs, and essentials for their two young girls
</li>
</ul>
<div>Every contribution - no matter how small - helps provide stability, dignity, and peace of mind during an unimaginably difficult time.
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>A heartfelt thank you!</strong>
</div>
<div>If you are able to donate, share this page, or simply keep Chony and her family in your thoughts, we are deeply grateful. Your kindness will help ensure this young family can focus on time together, comfort, and love, rather than financial worry.
</div>

</div>
<div>From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting Chony and her family to get through this tough time!
