The coroner’s office provided us with only a basic autopsy and a toxicology report — all of which came back negative. But they did not consult a pathologist, neurologist, or immunologist, which are critical steps in investigating unexplained deaths, especially in children.

<div>It feels as though their focus was more on ruling us out than on truly uncovering the cause of her death. The report was vague and inconclusive, offering no closure — and no justice — for our little girl.

<div>That’s why we are now seeking an independent, second-opinion autopsy — one conducted by experts who will actually look deeper.
