<div>UPDATE 11/30/25: Brady is back in the hospital and starting chemo tomorrow. The cancer has returned and spread to different parts of his body. He has a few months of chemo ahead of him and then more surgeries. Keep sending good vibes and love.

<div>UPDATE 10/07/25: Brady underwent two surgeries, plus a very lengthy hospital stay in mid-September. As of today,  he’s doing really well, but unfortunately is headed back in for another surgery today! He still needs our help! Half of these funds have gone to previous treatments &amp; we still have a long road ahead of us as B will be starting radiation therapy soon. We also need to make sure he has the financial support to get rest/healing time without having to rush back to work. We’ve got this!

<div>Here’s a bit more detail:

<div>• A biopsy (tiny piece of tissue) was taken.
</div>
<div>• Under the microscope, the doctors found dedifferentiated liposarcoma, which is a <strong>rare type of cancer</strong> that starts in fat tissue. Unlike regular lipomas (benign/fatty lumps), this is <strong>malignant,</strong> meaning it can grow and spread.
</div>
<div>• The extra molecular test (MDM2 gene test) came back positive, which confirms the diagnosis of liposarcoma.

<div>• This confirms <strong>cancer</strong>, not a benign lump.
</div>
<div>• The diagnosis gives doctors important information to plan treatment: <strong>immediate surgery</strong>, possibly followed by <strong>radiation or chemotherapy</strong>, depending on how advanced it is and whether it has spread.
</div>
<div>• Liposarcoma can come back (recur), so doctors will likely suggest <strong>ongoing monitoring</strong> after treatment.
