Everything seemed like a good recovery until August 2024, when we received devastating news: <strong>Blanca's aggressive cancer had returned and spread to her outer brain and spine.</strong> She is currently hospitalized at Emory in Atlanta, GA, enduring unimaginable physical pain, while we all cope with the fear of losing her.

<div>Doctors have recommended Proton Radiation Therapy, which is very expensive at well over $100,000 for this treatment. My aunt is determined to keep fighting for her children, who are the ones that give her the strength to endure any pain.

<div>It’s the least to say my aunt is a strong woman facing overwhelming challenges one after another. Despite numerous fundraising efforts, only a fraction of the expenses has been covered.
