<div>We are Olivia Vargas and Marissa Peak from the soul-pop duo, August, from Grand Rapids, MI.  We are excited to share with you that we are currently in the process of making our 3rd album, <em>Drop the Match</em>, with our dear friend and collaborator, Devin Anderson.  This album is extremely special to us as it marks our journey in finding our new sound.  It not only tells a story of finding a voice after heartache, but hopefully also tells a story of the many women who have made themselves small for the comfort of those around them.

<div>As many of you know, creating an album is an expensive project and it can be especially hard as independent artists.
