<div>In her earlier years, she rode in ambulances, supporting people during some of their most vulnerable moments. She practiced taekwondo for years and gave back by mentoring young students in the discipline she loved. In college, she served as a Resident Assistant (RA) — known for being the first to lend a hand, offer a shoulder, or step in when someone needed help. Ashley is the kind of person who would literally give you the shirt off her back without a second thought.

<div>Ashley recently went to the ER after experiencing unexplained fatigue and pain. Within hours, she was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia — an aggressive blood cancer that requires immediate and intensive chemotherapy. She's now hospitalized at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, undergoing her first round of treatment and preparing for a long road ahead.

<div>AML treatment is physically and emotionally demanding. It involves:
