Para isso, ela necessita contratar um advogado especializado em direito de família, além de continuar enfrentando seu próprio processo imigratório.

<div>Serious allegations of child abuse have recently come to light. The stepmother was even arrested following accusations of assault but was released while the case remains ongoing. Despite this, the father still retains custody of the children.

<div>Now that my daughter has been released and is trying to rebuild her life, she needs to fight to protect her children and seek custody through the legal system. To do this, she needs to hire a family law attorney, in addition to continuing to handle her own immigration case.

<div>The legal costs are high and urgent. We are raising funds to help cover attorney fees, court costs, and expenses related to the immigration process and the pursuit of child custody.
