<div>In December and January, I’ll start with a pop-up at The Studio Co-Kitchen, a co-creative culinary space run by the amazing chef María — to introduce the concept, test the menu, and connect with the community.

<div>To grow this into a mobile specialty coffee cart for markets, events, caterings, and festivals — bringing mindful, high-quality coffee and food to different places.

<div>The past year has been deeply challenging and transformative — the end of a long-term relationship, several family losses, and finishing my job at Impact Hub.

</div>

<div>But the biggest change by far was the sudden loss of my mum, which turned my world upside down.

</div>

</div>

<div>Amidst the grief, I realized how fragile life is — and how important it is to live in alignment with what truly matters.

</div>

<div>So I decided to take this leap: to move to Portugal (a dream I’ve had for a long time) and create something meaningful, rooted in my values and passions.

<div>Long term: Invest revenue into planting a permaculture garden on a friend’s land, with an open kitchen for farm-to-table meals, retreats, and workshops — a place to reconnect with food, nature, and ourselves.
