Alexis Watterson, my wife, had a devastating stroke almost 7 years ago. I have watched her work to recover every day since. The 2019 8 Bridges (NYOWSA) swim in the Hudson River has one stage that passes by Croton on Hudson, Alexis' hometown. I hope to try to complete that 19.8 mile swim and help raise stroke awareness.
