<div>To stay safe in the wet conditions, I slowed down and put my hazard lights on. Unfortunately, I was pulled over by police. Even though I was just trying to drive safely, they issued me an ICBC inspection order for my van, deeming it potentially unsafe.

<div>My dog and I are struggling to stay cool, and I don't have the money to fix the van, buy dog food, eat properly, or even cover basic daily needs.
