Through candid conversations with authors, illustrators, agents, editors, and industry insiders, we’ve cultivated a community built on transparency, encouragement, and creativity.

Our mission is to demystify the publishing process and provide meaningful programming that fosters education, connection, and inspiration.

<div>As a grassroots team of publishing professionals who are both (neuro)diverse and passionate about this sphere, we’ve personally experienced the challenges of navigating an industry that isn’t always built with inclusion or transparency in mind. Through this foundation, we’re creating what we wish we had when we started out.
