<div><strong>UPDATE: 13 FEBRUARY 2026 </strong>

<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Fulham McDonald’s lost its appeal, on Feb 13, 2026, against the 28 May 2025 decision to deny it hours after midnight. Residents, our MP and H&amp;F Leader Cowan as well as councillors packed the City of London Magistrates court to show support for protecting Fulham's densely populated residential roads, from nuisance and crime after midnight.

<div>Following the H&amp;F Licensing Committee’s definitive rejection of McDonald’s revised 24/7 application on 28 May 2025, McD's told The London Standard. "We respect the Council's decision..." but then filed an appeal to be heard 4&amp;5 February 2026 in City of London Magistrate's court.

<div>Here are useful summaries featured in the Parliamentary Press as well as The London Standard (two links, below). These articles amplify the legal arguments put forward by our residents’ instructed barrister, Jeremy Phillips KC and give a true flavour of residents’ sentiment about never-ending problems emanating from and around McDonald’s on North End Road, Fulham SW6.

</div>
<div>During this largest ever H&amp;F licensing hearing, held by Zoom, a record 163 individual responders objected in writing, and 45 of these Fulham neighbours made crucial oral arguments, in person, on the night, in a marathon 5 hours and 37 minutes legal licensing hearing.

<div>This win for Fulham marks a powerful moment in the history of the Licensing Act 2003.

<div>McDonald’s remain adamant about 24/7, so they filed an appeal to the City of London Magistrate's Court--to be heard on 4&amp;5 February 2026. We are keeping this GoFundMe page open for further donations to fill the gap. We are 75% there!
