<div>The Fulham McDonald’s lost its appeal, on Feb 13, 2026,  against the 28 May 2025 decision to deny it hours after midnight. Residents, our MP and H&amp;F Leader Cowan as well as councillors packed the City of London Magistrates court to show support for protecting Fulham's densely populated residential roads, from nuisance and crime after midnight.

<div>Following the H&amp;F Licensing Committee’s definitive rejection of McDonald’s revised 24/7 application on 28 May 2025, McD's told The London Standard. "We respect the Council's decision..." but then filed an appeal to be heard 4&amp;5 February 2026 in City of London Magistrate's court.
