<div>Hi  I am writing this with a HEAVY HEART, My Fiance' has been diagnosed with cancer in his neck positive for malignancy [ SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA, KERATINIZING. Its a tumor in his neck that was one measured at 7.7 x 2.2 cm and is not over 49.7 x35.6 cm and is pushing on his vocal cords as well as carotid artery.

<div>he has a hard time getting sleep since the tumor has grown in size and not being able to lay or touch it without causing issues.

<div>Tim is a good man, he works every day including weekends ,if he is not working he is helping others.

</div>

<div>He take any other spare time to take people out fishing on kayaks as a hired kayak fishing guide.

</div>

<div> He runs a Veterans hunting camp for them and there kids so they have a safe place they can go free of charge to them, everything comes out of his pocket and a few donors.

</div>

<div> He will give the shirt off his back if you ask for it, and the last dollar if you need it.

</div>

<div> Tim is not one to ask for anything from anyone, and i don't like to ask either, BUT,  i am asking now for help for my Tim.
